Rental Policy
At our aircraft rental service, we prioritize safety, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. All renters must hold a valid pilot’s license appropriate for the aircraft being rented, alongside a current medical certificate. Prior to the first rental, renters must complete a check-out flight with a certified instructor to demonstrate proficiency in the specific aircraft model, such as the Cessna 172 or Diamond DA40.
Renters are responsible for conducting a thorough pre-flight inspection of the aircraft before each flight. Any issues found must be reported immediately to our staff, and the aircraft should not be flown if it is deemed unairworthy. Fuel, oil, and general maintenance are included in the rental rate, but renters are responsible for refueling the aircraft after use, with the fuel costs typically reimbursed up to the posted rate.
Flights must be booked in advance, and we require notification of cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. For multi-day rentals, renters must ensure secure hangar or tie-down arrangements at their destination airport, and notify us of any extended plans.
The renter is responsible for the aircraft while it’s in their care, including any damage caused during operation. Post-flight, renters should complete a log entry and ensure the aircraft is cleaned, refueled, and secured.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to ensure safe, enjoyable, and efficient operations for all pilots.
